Antonella Franzen

Antonella Franzen is Chief Financial Officer of DuPont. She joined the company in February 2022 with more than 20 years of experience in finance roles for several large, multi-national industrial manufacturing companies and has extensive experience with companies undergoing significant transformation

Prior to being named to her current position, she served as Chief Financial Officer of DuPont’s Water & Protection segment. Before joining DuPont, Antonella served as Vice President, Chief Investor Relations and Communications Officer at Johnson Controls. Prior to the Johnson Controls and Tyco International merger in September 2016, she held a variety of finance leadership roles at the company for nearly a decade and played a key role in both Tyco’s 2007 and 2012 successful three-way separations. She began her career with PwC.

Antonella has served on the board of directors for JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. since March 2024. She received her Bachelor of Science from the College of New Jersey in 1997. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
