Christopher Raia
Chief Human Resources Officer
Christopher Raia is Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for DuPont. In this role, Chris leads the Company’s global human resources strategy. He also oversees Communications, Integrated Health Services, and Aviation.
Throughout his career, Chris has helped global organizations build the talent and cultures required for competitive advantage. He has deep expertise in organization development and is passionate about leadership effectiveness, agile working practices, and employee well-being.
Chris joined DuPont in 2019 as VP Organization Effectiveness. In this role, he was responsible for HR strategy, talent management & acquisition, learning & development, diversity & inclusion, HR information systems & analytics, and HR operations.
Prior to DuPont, Chris served as Senior Vice President, Talent and Organization Effectiveness for Newell Brands and Citizens Bank. Before these roles, he founded and managed an HR consulting practice that conducted engagements in over 15 countries and worked extensively with Unilever, Novartis, and Xerox. Earlier in his career, Chris was a Director with the HR consulting firm APTMetrics.
Chris holds a MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BS with University Honors in Psychology from Brigham Young University. He achieved Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification in 2014.
